John teaches email marketing strategy on behalf of Constant Contact - the leading email marketing service for small businesses, associations, and nonprofits.

John Arnold is the author of Email Marketing For Dummies and a member of the National Speakers Association. John teaches small business owners and non-profit organizations how to be effective and trusted email marketers, and consults with almost every type of small business imaginable. He is a sought-after speaker for Chambers of Commerce, Small Business Development Centers, Franchises, Business Improvement Districts, Visitors and Conventions Bureaus, and Non-Profit Organizations, and conducts more than 50 workshops and seminars each year on behalf of Constant Contact – the leading email marketing service for small businesses, associations, and nonprofits.

John has personally taken more than a dozen small businesses from conception to fruition in the retail, service, non-profit, and consulting industries, including a nationally syndicated radio show. All of his businesses have made use of emerging technology to build customer relationships.

While entrepreneurship runs through his veins, John has also worked for a few larger corporations. His passion for small business issues made him a top representative for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and on one occasion, he lead the nation in 3-year membership sales while going door-to-door talking to small business owners about the issues they find most important.

In 2006, John helped to pioneer an in-market small business training program on behalf of the email marketing company Constant Contact. Teaching email marketing to thousands of business owners and non-profits made him an expert on the marketing issues that face small businesses and non-profit organizations, and a trusted source for email marketing strategy, tactics, and best practices. During John’s tenure, Constant Contact was named #166 on Inc. 500’s list of the fastest growing private companies.
